Practicing in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa Glenn has represented both debtors and creditors in cases filed under chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the bankruptcy code. The objective of such representation is to protect the financial interests of the client within the framework of the law. This requires significant involvement with each client to be sure the best solution is selected for each different situation. Most work of this nature is done on fixed fee basis which will vary depending upon the complexity of the issues involved."We are a debt relief agency. Corporate Law and Business Organizations: Includes guidance in choice of business entity whether it be a traditional corporate structure, a Limited Liablilty Corportation, (LLC) or a form of partnership.
